Simpozijum veterinara male prakse 2005 S I V E M A P 2005 -drugo obaveštenje -
Beograd, Narodna biblioteka Srbije 21. - 23. oktobar 2005.
Poštovane koleginice i kolege i svi zainteresovani, 21.do 23. oktobra 2005. godine, u prostorijama Narodne biblioteke Srbije u Beogradu, održaće se Simpozijum veterinara male prakse sa međunarodnim učešćem. Želja organizatora je bila da obezbedi predavanja međunarodno priznatih stručnjaka iz oblasti veterinarske medicine malih životinja. Organizatori se nadaju da će u tome uspeti na obostrano zadovoljstvo. Prijava učesnika Zainteresovani učesnici , bi trebalo da popune prijavu koju će dobiti sa ovim dopisom i pošalju na adresu VKS ( VKS, Bulevar Oslobođenja 18 , 11000 Beograd, Srbija i Crna Gora ) . Prijavu takođe možete preuzeti ovde>>>Prijava, na stranici kongresi/domaći/, odštampati je i poslati ili klasičnom poštom na adresu VKS ili e-mailom, kao “atachment”, na sivemap2005@yahoo.com (“subject” - Prijava SIVEMAP 2005 ). Smeštaj učesnika Smeštaj učesnika će, po potrebi, biti organizovan u Hotelu Slavija, u neposrednoj blizini mesta održavanja savetovanja. Prevod predavanja sa engleskog Za zainteresovane učesnike, na osnovu prijave, biće obezbeđen profesionalni simultani prevod sa engleskog jezika (slušalice). Registracija učesnika Registracija učesnika će se obaviti pre početka Simpozijuma, 20.10.2005. od 18.00 do 19.30 h i 21.10.2005. od 7:00 do 9:00 h. Neophodno je da učesnici uz sebe imaju dokaz o uplati kotizacije, prijavu (sa sobom ili da je već pristigla ranije). Članovi kod sebe moraju da imaju člansku kartu ili potvrdu o uplati članarine za tekuću , 2005 godinu. Studenti moraju imati važeći indeks FVM i potvrdu o uplati kotizacije Cene kotizacije su iskazane u EUR i zavise od statusa učesnika (član/nečlan, student..) i vremena uplate.
Napomena : Povoljnije je registrovati se kao član SMASAP-a (50 eur) i platiti kotizaciju kao član ( 50 eur ) nego platiti kotizaciju kao ne-član (130 eur ). Uplata kotizacije , u dinarskoj protivvrednosti, se može izvršiti : -lično – sekretarijat VKS -na žiro račun UVMPSCG : 265-1100310006268-63 (V A Ž N O - SVRHA- Sivemap 2005, participacija za... navesti ime i prezime kome je namenjena ) Uplatnice bez navedenog imena i prezimena neće biti prihvaćene pri registraciji. SIVEMAP - Small Animal Veterinary Symposium 2005 with international parcipitation, will take place Octoberr,21st – 23 rd, 2005 . in the National Library of Serbia, Belgrade. All speakers are leading ineternational experts in their fields. The official languages of the Symposium will be English and Serbian. Registration of delegats If you would like to register for the Symposium please fill in the attached form and send it back to the Veterinary Chamber of Serbia (VKS, Bulevar JA 18, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia and Monte Negro). You can also download the registration form from the web site...downoload>>>- Registration form . Print the registration form, fill it in block letters and send it by post to the address of the Veterinary Chamber of Serbia written above. You can also send the form attached to the email on the following email address sivemap2005@yahoo.com (write REGISTRATION as subject please) Registration of the delegates will be organized before the beginning of Symposium lectures ( Thursday 18:00 till 19:30 p.m. and Friday 7:00 till 9:00 a.m.) . All delegates should bring proof of registration fee payment, registration form (if not sent before). Members of SMASAP or should bring their membership cards. Students should bring their valid student cards and proof of registration fee payment. . Registration fee expressed in EUR and subject to participant status (member,non-member, student etc.) and payment date.
NOTE: It is a cheaper to register with SMASAP ( 50 eu ) and pay memebers rate (50 eu ) then pay as a non member ( 130 eu ).

Registration fee may be paid in the course of participants registration, on the first day of Symposium.
